<p> Brussels, June 7 .- The Ombudsman has asked today that the European Medicines Agency (EMA) report medical reports on drugs used to combat obesity. </p><p> The Ombudsman, Nikiforos Diamandouros, I realize this request to the EMA after it is denied access to documents about Danish researchers who wanted to conduct an independent analysis. </p><p> The researchers came in October 2007 to the Ombudsman and this,, <a href="http://www.playerassist.com/ffxiv/">ffxiv gil</a>, after reviewing the reports, came to the conclusion that its disclosure would not prejudice the commercial interests, an argument he had previously wielded the EMA to deny access to documents. </p><p> The Danish researchers justified their claim to assert that the welfare of patients must take precedence over commercial interests of the pharmaceutical industry. </p><p> The Ombudsman, <a href="http://www.buystartrekcredits.net">sto energy credits</a>, has criticized the EMA to consider its refusal to grant access to reports is a case of bad administration 'and has called for the end of August to disclose a document or convincing arguments to prevent access to them. </p>
